Politika privatnosti

Verzija ekstenzije 4.7 · Poslednja izmena: 8. oktobar 2026.

Ova politika objašnjava koje podatke BizniSoft ekstenzija za Microsoft Edge čita, šalje i čuva, zašto, kome ih prosleđujemo i kako možete da upravljate njima. Odnosi se na ekstenziju, na online servise na adresama sef.biznisoft.com i www2.biznisoft.com koje ekstenzija koristi i na portal sef.biznisoft.com. Ista ekstenzija postoji i za Google Chrome i Mozilla Firefox i u njima podatke obrađuje na isti način; razlike su navedene u odeljcima 5 i 9. Ako se srpski i engleski tekst razlikuju, merodavan je srpski.

Ukratko
  • Ekstenzija se učitava samo na sajtovima fin.apr.gov.rs (APR), *.purs.gov.rs (Poreska uprava: eFiskalizacija, ePorezi) i *.mfin.gov.rs (Ministarstvo finansija: eFaktura, PPP PDV), uključujući i njihove javne stranice. Svoje funkcije nudi na portalima na koje ste se prijavili. Ne čita druge sajtove i ne postavlja kolačiće.
  • Većina podataka putuje samo između državnog portala i BizniSoft programa na vašem računaru ili u vašoj mreži. Te podatke DP Products ne dobija.
  • Na naše servere podaci stižu kada koristite unos prodajnih cena uz primljene eFakture (automatski, kada za firmu postoji kod za povezivanje) i slanje izveštaja na mejl, kao i kroz statistiku korišćenja. Deo tih podataka prosleđujemo spoljnim pružaocima usluga: analitike korišćenja i slanja e-pošte.
  • Podatke ne prodajemo, ne koristimo ih za reklamiranje i ne pravimo marketinške profile.

1. Ko je rukovalac podacima

Naši serveri (sef.biznisoft.com, www2.biznisoft.com) nalaze se u Republici Srbiji i njima upravlja DP Products.

2. Podaci koji se razmenjuju između portala i BizniSoft-a

Sledeće funkcije razmenjuju podatke između državnog portala na koji ste prijavljeni i BizniSoft programa na vašem računaru (lokalna adresa 127.0.0.1), a za eFaktura kolone i sa BizniSoft serverom u vašoj mreži (vidi niže). Podaci koje otpremate idu samo na državni portal. DP Products ove podatke ne dobija, osim ako izveštaj pošaljete na mejl (odeljak 4.2). Za ove podatke rukovalac je vaša firma. Statistika korišćenja o ovim funkcijama sadrži podatke navedene u odeljku 5 (npr. heš PIB-a ili JMBG-a obveznika, ishod, brojeve i nazive izabranih filtera i kratak tekst odgovora BizniSoft programa), bez sadržaja dokumenata; za nju je rukovalac DP Products.

FunkcijaŠta ekstenzija čita i šalje
APR — uvoz finansijskih izveštaja Sa stranice zahteva čita matični broj i ID zahteva. Od BizniSoft-a preuzima XML obrasce finansijskih izveštaja i otprema ih na APR, u okviru vaše sesije.
eFiskalizacija — fiskalni izveštaji i izvoz prometa Čita PIB i naziv obveznika, bezbednosne elemente i fiskalne račune za izabrani period. Računi sadrže sve podatke koje je portal zabeležio, na primer identifikaciju kupca (kod fizičkih lica to može biti JMBG ili broj lične isprave) i oznaku kasira. Izveštaj se pravi u pretraživaču, a izvoz prometa šalje račune BizniSoft-u. Za „Spisak objekata“ ekstenzija šalje BizniSoft-u PIB i preuzima objekte. Ako izveštaj pošaljete na mejl, njegov sadržaj ide preko našeg servera (odeljak 4.2).
eFiskalizacija — lista ZPPPDV BizniSoft-u šalje PIB i izabrani period, a od njega preuzima listu obrazaca za povraćaj PDV-a stranim putnicima (ime, prezime, broj pasoša, država, iznosi) i ubacuje je u formu portala. Slanje na portal potvrđujete vi.
ePorezi — PP-PDV, PPP-PD, PP OD-O, OPPSS BizniSoft-u šalje PIB ili JMBG obveznika i podatke koje unesete u prozor (npr. odgovorno lice, poreski savetnik i njegov JMBG, kontakt telefon i e-mail). Od BizniSoft-a prima XML prijave, koji može sadržati JMBG, imena i primanja zaposlenih, osnivača ili partnera, i otprema ga na portal ePorezi. Poziv na broj (BOP) sa portala upisuje u BizniSoft.
eFaktura (SEF) — BizniSoft kolone BizniSoft-u šalje PIB firme, identifikatore eFaktura sa liste i brojeve dokumenata, a za napomene i događaje i tekst koji upišete. Prikazuje knjiženja, stanje sa partnerom, napomene i događaje koje vrati BizniSoft.
PPP PDV — evidencija prethodnog poreza Preuzima izvoz evidencije sa portala i prikazuje ga po pozicijama; BizniSoft ne koristi. Štampa se radi u pretraživaču (odeljak 3). Ako pregled pošaljete na mejl, ide preko našeg servera (odeljak 4.2).

Sesija na portalu

Na portalima eFaktura i PPP PDV ekstenzija očitava autorizacioni token koji portal šalje u svojim zahtevima. Token koristi isključivo za pozive istom portalu, na primer za preuzimanje XML-a primljene fakture. Token se ne šalje nama, BizniSoft-u niti bilo kome drugom i ne čuva se trajno. Prozori koje ekstenzija otvara na stranici portala (npr. prozor cena i slanje mejla sa liste eFaktura) prikazuju se unutar te stranice, pa su podaci u njima (npr. kod za povezivanje i vaša adresa za odgovor) tehnički dostupni i skriptama te stranice.

BizniSoft na drugom računaru (VPN)

Ako u iskačućem prozoru ekstenzije (ikonica ekstenzije na traci pretraživača) upišete adresu BizniSoft servera u vašoj mreži, a BizniSoft na vašem računaru nije dostupan, ekstenzija zahteve za eFaktura kolone šalje na tu adresu: PIB firme, identifikatore faktura, brojeve dokumenata i tekst napomena i događaja koji upišete. Server vraća knjiženja, stanje sa partnerom, napomene i događaje sa imenima operatera. Razmena u oba smera ide nešifrovano (HTTP), a BizniSoft na toj adresi ne traži prijavu. Ostale funkcije (APR, eFiskalizacija, ePorezi) ovu adresu ne koriste. Upišite samo adresu iz vaše zaštićene mreže (VPN), nikada javnu IP adresu.

3. Podaci sačuvani u vašem pretraživaču

Ekstenzija čuva deo podataka u lokalnom skladištu pretraživača, na vašem računaru:

Na portalu eFiskalizacija ekstenzija pamti i PIB, period i izabrane filtere u skladištu sesije te kartice portala; zapis se briše zatvaranjem kartice.

Ovi podaci se ne šalju nikome, osim na način opisan u ovoj politici. Kodove i VPN adresu uklanjate u iskačućem prozoru ekstenzije, a poslovne objekte u prozoru „Spisak objekata“. Spisak bezbednosnih elemenata ekstenzija ponovo preuzima sa portala. Adresu za odgovor, podatke za kalkulaciju, račune izveštaja i dokumente za štampu ekstenzija samo zamenjuje novim. Sve navedeno briše se uklanjanjem ekstenzije. Uklanjanje ne briše fajlove koje ste sami sačuvali (izvoz šifarnika, PDF), podatke na našim serverima (odeljak 4) ni nasumični identifikator za statistiku koji su starije verzije ekstenzije (do avgusta 2026.) upisivale u skladište stranica portala; njega brišete brisanjem podataka tih sajtova u podešavanjima pretraživača.

4. Podaci koji se šalju serverima DP Products

4.1 Prodajne cene uz primljene eFakture

Na listi primljenih eFaktura kolona za unos cena (oznaka „€“) otvara prozor za definisanje prodajnih cena. Cene se čuvaju na našem serveru (zahtevi idu na www2.biznisoft.com, isti servis kao sef.biznisoft.com) da bi ih videli vaša knjigovodstvena agencija, portal sef.biznisoft.com i BizniSoft program. Ekstenzija šalje:

Kod za povezivanje. Ekstenzija sama generiše šestocifreni kod za firmu i čuva ga u pretraživaču. Kod se šalje uz svaki zahtev i služi kao lozinka: ko zna PIB i kod, može (na portalu sef.biznisoft.com, u BizniSoft-u ili u ekstenziji na drugom računaru) da vidi, menja i briše cene (sa šiframa artikala) i napomene te firme, da vidi listu faktura sa dobavljačima i podatke o firmi i da označi fakture kao obrađene, a na portalu i da promeni kod. Na serveru se kod ne čuva u čitljivom obliku. Kod je kratak, pa ga čuvajte kao lozinku i promenite ga odmah ako posumnjate da ga je neko saznao. Kod menjate na portalu sef.biznisoft.com, a novi kod zatim upišete u iskačući prozor ekstenzije. Ako izgubite kod (na primer uklanjanjem ekstenzije, koje ga briše iz pretraživača), pišite na office@dpp.rs; novi kod postavljamo tek pošto potvrdimo da ste ovlašćeni za firmu sa tim PIB-om.

Rokovi čuvanja. Cene i šifre artikala: 12 meseci od poslednjeg čuvanja te fakture. Napomena: 12 meseci od poslednje promene teksta. Promena koda ne menja ove rokove. Podaci o fakturi (broj, datum, dobavljač, oznaka „obrađeno“): dok za fakturu postoje cene ili napomena. Podaci o vašoj firmi (naziv, adresa, mesto, matični broj): dok ne zatražite brisanje. Registracija koda (PIB, heš koda): dok ne zatražite brisanje. „Obriši unose“ odmah briše cene, šifre artikala i napomenu te fakture.

4.2 Slanje izveštaja na mejl

Dugme „Pošalji na mejl“ postoji u prozoru prodajnih cena, u fiskalnom izveštaju i u pregledu evidencije prethodnog poreza. Kada pošaljete mejl, ekstenzija šalje našem serveru adrese primalaca (najviše 10), vašu adresu za odgovor, naslov i sadržaj izveštaja kakav vidite na ekranu, uz PIB firme i kod za povezivanje. Sadržaj zavisi od izveštaja:

Mejl šaljemo preko spoljnog pružaoca usluge slanja e-pošte, sa adrese DoNotReply@biznisoft.rs. Sadržaj mejla i adrese primalaca ne čuvamo. Radi ograničenja broja mejlova beležimo PIB, IP adresu i vreme slanja, sa rokom od jednog dana. Isti način slanja koristi i portal sef.biznisoft.com. Vašu adresu za odgovor ekstenzija pamti u pretraživaču, da je ne biste unosili ponovo.

Ako za firmu kod ne postoji, ekstenzija ga generiše i sačuva u pretraživaču čim kliknete „Pošalji na mejl“, i kada odustanete od slanja. Pri prvom pokušaju slanja za firmu server trajno upisuje PIB, heš koda i vreme upisa, i kada slanje ne uspe. Od tada isti kod važi za tu firmu i za prodajne cene (4.1) i za prijavu na portal (4.3). Ovaj zapis čuvamo dok ne zatražite brisanje.

4.3 Portal sef.biznisoft.com

Na portalu vi i vaša knjigovodstvena agencija pregledate, štampate i šaljete mejlom unete cene (sa šiframa artikala). Prijavljujete se PIB-om i kodom za povezivanje. Server tada pamti sesiju (slučajni token, PIB i vreme prijave). Sesija važi najduže 8 sati, a zapis o njoj briše se pri sledećem čišćenju. Fakturu na portalu možete označiti kao „obrađenu“, a server beleži oznaku i vreme; istu oznaku postavlja i BizniSoft program kada preuzme cene. Promenom koda odjavljuju se sve sesije te firme. Portal u vašem pretraživaču čuva token i PIB do zatvaranja kartice ili odjave, izbor teme, privremeno podatke za štampu i vašu adresu za odgovor. Adresa za odgovor ostaje zapamćena i posle odjave; uklanjate je brisanjem podataka sajta sef.biznisoft.com u pretraživaču. Portal ne koristi kolačiće ni analitiku. Stranica API dokumentacije portala učitava prikaz sa servisa unpkg.com, koji tada vidi vašu IP adresu.

4.4 Zaštita servisa i tehnički zapisi

Rokovi iz odeljka 4 su najkraći rokovi posle kojih se zapisi brišu. Brisanje se pokreće automatski tokom korišćenja servisa, pa zapis može ostati duže, do sledećeg čišćenja.

5. Statistika korišćenja

Da bismo znali koje se funkcije koriste i gde nastaju greške, ekstenzija šalje statističke događaje pružaocu usluge analitike korišćenja. Događaj sadrži:

Jednom dnevno šalje se i signal da je ekstenzija aktivna: pri prvom otvaranju bilo koje stranice na sajtovima iz odeljka „Ukratko“, uključujući javne stranice, i kada ne koristite nijednu funkciju. Signal sadrži samo identifikatore instalacije i sesije, vrstu sajta, verziju ekstenzije i podatke o pretraživaču.

PIB ili JMBG u čitljivom obliku, imena, adrese, e-mail adrese, iznosi i sadržaj dokumenata ne uključuju se u statistiku.

Događaji idu preko našeg servera, koji ih ne upisuje i pružaocu usluge ne prosleđuje vašu IP adresu. Ako naš server ne primi ili ne prosledi događaj, ekstenzija isti događaj šalje direktno pružaocu usluge analitike, koji tada vidi vašu IP adresu. Pružalac usluge analitike podatke na nivou događaja čuva najviše 14 meseci, a zbirni izveštaji mogu se čuvati duže.

Isključivanje. U verziji za Microsoft Edge i Google Chrome statistika nema poseban prekidač; slanje prestaje uklanjanjem ekstenzije. U verziji za Mozilla Firefox statistiku odobravate ili odbijate pri instalaciji ili kasnije u podešavanjima dodatka.

6. Kome se podaci prosleđuju

Spoljni pružaoci usluga podatke obrađuju po svojim uslovima za obradu podataka. Podatke koristimo samo za funkcije opisane u ovoj politici. Zaposleni DP Products pregledaju podatke samo na vaš zahtev (npr. podrška ili promena koda), radi zaštite od zloupotrebe ili kada to nalaže zakon. Podatke ne prodajemo, ne ustupamo ih trgovcima podacima i ne koristimo ih za reklamiranje. U slučaju statusne promene ili prodaje poslovanja podatke prenosimo novom vlasniku samo uz vaš prethodni izričit pristanak. Upotreba podataka iz ekstenzije usklađena je i sa pravilima Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, uključujući zahteve o ograničenoj upotrebi (Limited Use).

7. Iznošenje podataka iz Srbije

Naši serveri su u Srbiji i na njima se čuvaju svi podaci iz odeljka 4. Van Srbije mogu da idu podaci koji se šalju spoljnim pružaocima usluga iz odeljka 6, na primer statistički događaji (odeljak 5) i mejlovi koje šaljete (odeljak 4.2), a pri otvaranju stranice API dokumentacije portala i vaša IP adresa servisu unpkg.com (odeljak 4.3). Ti pružaoci ih obrađuju u svojim centrima podataka, među kojima su i centri u SAD.

8. Pravni osnov

Dokumenti koje obrađujete sadrže i podatke drugih lica: kupaca, kasira, zaposlenih, osnivača, odgovornih lica i poreskih savetnika, dobavljača, stranih putnika i poslovnih partnera, kao i primalaca mejla. Ti podaci potiču sa državnih portala (eFaktura, eFiskalizacija, ePorezi, PPP PDV), iz vašeg BizniSoft programa ili iz vašeg unosa. Za njih je rukovalac vaša firma, a DP Products ih obrađuje po njenom nalogu, samo za funkciju koju ste pokrenuli. Kada podatke drugih lica šaljete mejlom ili čuvate na sef.biznisoft.com, vaša firma treba da ima pravni osnov za to. Na zahtev brišemo podatke drugih lica koje ste sačuvali na našim serverima. Izuzetak su statistika korišćenja (odeljak 5) i tehnički zapisi (odeljak 4.4): njih DP Products vodi za sopstvene svrhe navedene u tim odeljcima, kao rukovalac, na osnovu legitimnog interesa.

Davanje podataka nije zakonska obaveza, ali bez njih pojedine funkcije ne rade; na primer, bez adrese primaoca nema slanja mejla.

9. Vaša prava i kontrola

Imate pravo na pristup, ispravku, brisanje, ograničenje obrade i prenosivost podataka, pravo na prigovor, naročito na obradu zasnovanu na legitimnom interesu, i pravo da opozovete pristanak. Cene (sa šiframa artikala), napomene i podatke o fakturama na našem serveru možete sami da vidite na portalu sef.biznisoft.com (prijava PIB-om i kodom). Ostale zapise dostavljamo na zahtev. Zahtev pošaljite na office@dpp.rs; odgovaramo najkasnije u roku od 30 dana. Za podatke na sef.biznisoft.com navedite PIB firme. Možemo tražiti dokaz da ste ovlašćeni za tu firmu.

Kontrole u ekstenziji

10. Bezbednost

Ekstenzija sa našim serverima, a naši serveri sa spoljnim pružaocima usluga komuniciraju preko šifrovane veze (HTTPS). Veza sa BizniSoft programom na vašem računaru (127.0.0.1) ne napušta računar. Veza sa BizniSoft serverom u vašoj mreži nije šifrovana (odeljak 2). Kod za povezivanje na serveru ne čuvamo u čitljivom obliku, a broj pogrešnih pokušaja je ograničen. Pristupni podaci za bazu podataka i slanje e-pošte čuvaju se van javno dostupnog dela servera, a serveru i bazi pristupaju samo ovlašćena lica DP Products.

11. Automatizovano odlučivanje

Ne donosimo odluke koje proizvode pravno dejstvo isključivo automatizovanom obradom. Jedine automatske odluke su tehničke: ograničenje broja pokušaja i broja mejlova. Statistiku koristimo samo zbirno, za praćenje korišćenja funkcija, a ne za marketing.

12. Izmene politike

Politiku menjamo kada se promene funkcije ekstenzije ili način obrade podataka. Datum poslednje izmene je na vrhu stranice. O bitnim izmenama obaveštavamo u opisu nove verzije ekstenzije.

This policy explains what data the BizniSoft extension for Microsoft Edge reads, sends and stores, why, whom we share it with, and how you can control it. It covers the extension, the online services at sef.biznisoft.com and www2.biznisoft.com that the extension uses, and the sef.biznisoft.com portal. The same extension is also available for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and processes data the same way there; the differences are noted in sections 5 and 9. If the Serbian and English texts differ, the Serbian text prevails.

Summary
  • The extension loads only on fin.apr.gov.rs (APR), *.purs.gov.rs (Tax Administration: eFiskalizacija, ePorezi) and *.mfin.gov.rs (Ministry of Finance: eFaktura, PPP PDV), including their public pages. It offers its features on the portals you are logged into. It does not read other sites and does not set cookies.
  • Most data only travels between the government portal and the BizniSoft application on your computer or in your network. DP Products does not receive that data.
  • Data reaches our servers when you use sales prices for received e-invoices (automatically, once a linking code exists for the company) and sending reports by e-mail, and through usage statistics. Part of that data is passed on to external service providers: usage analytics and e-mail delivery.
  • We do not sell data, use it for advertising or build marketing profiles.

Our servers (sef.biznisoft.com, www2.biznisoft.com) are located in the Republic of Serbia and operated by DP Products.

2. Data exchanged between the portal and BizniSoft

The following features exchange data between the government portal you are logged into and the BizniSoft application on your computer (local address 127.0.0.1), and for the eFaktura columns also with a BizniSoft server in your network (see below). Data you upload goes only to the government portal. DP Products does not receive this data, unless you send a report by e-mail (section 4.2). Your company is the controller of this data. Usage statistics about these features contain the data listed in section 5 (e.g. a hash of the taxpayer's tax ID or personal ID number, the outcome, counts, the names of selected filters and a short BizniSoft response text), without document content; DP Products is their controller.

FeatureWhat the extension reads and sends
APR — import of financial statements Reads the company ID and request ID from the request page. Gets the financial statement XML forms from BizniSoft and uploads them to APR within your session.
eFiskalizacija — fiscal reports and sales export Reads the taxpayer's tax ID and name, the security elements and the fiscal receipts for the selected period. Receipts contain everything the portal recorded, for example the buyer identification (for individuals this may be a personal ID number or ID document number) and the cashier label. Reports are built in the browser; the sales export sends the receipts to BizniSoft. For the premises list the extension sends BizniSoft the tax ID and gets the premises. If you send a report by e-mail, its content goes through our server (section 4.2).
eFiskalizacija — ZPPPDV list Sends BizniSoft the tax ID and the selected period and gets the VAT refund list for foreign travellers (first and last name, passport number, country, amounts), which it puts into the portal's upload form. You confirm the upload yourself.
ePorezi — PP-PDV, PPP-PD, PP OD-O, OPPSS Sends BizniSoft the taxpayer's tax ID or personal ID number and what you enter in the dialog (e.g. responsible person, tax advisor and their personal ID number, contact phone and e-mail). Receives the tax return XML from BizniSoft, which may contain personal ID numbers, names and pay of employees, founders or partners, and uploads it to the ePorezi portal. Writes the payment reference (BOP) from the portal into BizniSoft.
eFaktura (SEF) — BizniSoft columns Sends BizniSoft the company tax ID, the e-invoice identifiers on the list and document numbers, plus the text you type for notes and events. Shows the postings, partner balance, notes and events returned by BizniSoft.
PPP PDV — input VAT records Downloads the records export from the portal and shows it by position; it does not use BizniSoft. Printing happens in the browser (section 3). If you send the view by e-mail, it goes through our server (section 4.2).

Portal session

On the eFaktura and PPP PDV portals the extension reads the authorization token that the portal sends with its own requests. It uses the token only for calls to that same portal, for example to download the XML of a received invoice. The token is never sent to us, to BizniSoft or to anyone else, and is not stored permanently. The windows the extension opens on the portal page (e.g. the prices window and the e-mail dialog on the e-invoice list) are shown inside that page, so the data in them (e.g. the linking code and your reply-to address) is technically accessible to that page's scripts as well.

BizniSoft on another computer (VPN)

If you enter the address of a BizniSoft server in your network in the extension popup (the extension icon on the browser toolbar) and BizniSoft on your computer is not available, the extension sends the eFaktura column requests to that address: the company tax ID, invoice identifiers, document numbers and the note and event text you type. The server returns postings, partner balance, notes and events with operator names. The exchange is unencrypted (HTTP) in both directions, and BizniSoft at that address does not require a login. Other features (APR, eFiskalizacija, ePorezi) never use this address. Enter only an address inside your protected network (VPN), never a public IP address.

3. Data stored in your browser

The extension keeps some data in the browser's local storage on your computer:

On the eFiskalizacija portal the extension also keeps the tax ID, period and selected filters in that portal tab's session storage; it is deleted when you close the tab.

This data is not sent to anyone except as described in this policy. You remove linking codes and the VPN address in the extension popup, and business premises in the "Spisak objekata" (premises list) window. The extension downloads the list of security elements from the portal again. The reply-to address, calculation details, report receipts and print documents are only replaced by new ones. All of the above is deleted when you remove the extension. Removing it does not delete files you saved yourself (premises list export, PDF), data on our servers (section 4), or the random statistics identifier that older versions of the extension (before August 2026) stored in the portal pages' storage; you delete that one by clearing those sites' data in your browser settings.

4. Data sent to DP Products servers

4.1 Sales prices for received e-invoices

On the list of received e-invoices, the price entry column (the "€" badge) opens a window for setting sales prices. Prices are stored on our server (requests go to www2.biznisoft.com, the same service as sef.biznisoft.com) so that your accounting agency, the sef.biznisoft.com portal and the BizniSoft application can see them. The extension sends:

Linking code. The extension generates a six-digit code for the company and stores it in the browser. The code is sent with every request and works as a password: anyone who knows the tax ID and the code can (on the sef.biznisoft.com portal, in BizniSoft or in the extension on another computer) view, change and delete that company's prices (with item codes) and notes, view the invoice list with suppliers and the company details and mark invoices as processed, and on the portal also change the code. The server does not store the code in readable form. The code is short, so keep it like a password and change it immediately if you suspect someone knows it. You change it on the sef.biznisoft.com portal and then enter the new code in the extension popup. If you lose the code (for example by removing the extension, which deletes it from the browser), write to office@dpp.rs; we set a new code only after confirming that you are authorised for the company with that tax ID.

Retention. Prices and item codes: 12 months from the last save of that invoice. Note: 12 months from the last change of its text. Changing the code does not affect these periods. Invoice details (number, date, supplier, "processed" flag): as long as prices or a note exist for the invoice. Your company details (name, address, city, company ID): until you request deletion. Code registration (tax ID, code hash): until you request deletion. "Obriši unose" immediately deletes the prices, item codes and note of that invoice.

4.2 Sending reports by e-mail

The "Pošalji na mejl" (send by e-mail) button is available in the sales prices window, in the fiscal report and in the input VAT records view. When you send an e-mail, the extension sends our server the recipient addresses (at most 10), your reply-to address, the subject and the report content as shown on screen, together with the company tax ID and the linking code. The content depends on the report:

We send the e-mail through an external e-mail delivery provider from DoNotReply@biznisoft.rs. We do not store the e-mail content or the recipient addresses. To limit the number of e-mails we log the tax ID, IP address and time of sending, with a retention of one day. The sef.biznisoft.com portal uses the same sending method. The extension remembers your reply-to address in the browser so you do not have to type it again.

If there is no code for the company, the extension generates one and stores it in the browser as soon as you click "Pošalji na mejl", even if you then cancel. On the first attempt to send for a company, the server permanently records the tax ID, the code hash and the time, even if sending fails. From then on the same code applies to that company for sales prices (4.1) and for logging into the portal (4.3). We keep this record until you request deletion.

4.3 The sef.biznisoft.com portal

On the portal you and your accounting agency view, print and e-mail the entered prices (with item codes). You log in with the tax ID and the linking code. The server then keeps the session (a random token, the tax ID and login time). The session is valid for at most 8 hours; its record is deleted at the next clean-up. You can mark an invoice as "processed" on the portal, and the server records the flag and time; the BizniSoft application sets the same flag when it takes over the prices. Changing the code logs out all sessions of that company. In your browser the portal keeps the token and tax ID until you close the tab or log out, your theme choice, print data temporarily, and your reply-to address. The reply-to address stays remembered after logout; you remove it by clearing the sef.biznisoft.com site data in your browser. The portal uses no cookies and no analytics. The portal's API documentation page loads its viewer from unpkg.com, which then sees your IP address.

4.4 Service protection and technical logs

The periods in section 4 are the minimum periods after which records are deleted. Deletion runs automatically while the service is in use, so a record may remain longer, until the next clean-up.

5. Usage statistics

To know which features are used and where errors happen, the extension sends statistical events to a usage analytics provider. An event contains:

Once a day a signal that the extension is active is also sent: when any page of the sites listed in the Summary is first opened, including public pages, even if you use no feature. The signal contains only the installation and session identifiers, the site type, the extension version and browser details.

Readable tax IDs or personal ID numbers, names, addresses, e-mail addresses, amounts and document content are not included in the statistics.

Events go through our server, which does not store them and does not forward your IP address to the provider. If our server does not accept or forward an event, the extension sends the same event directly to the usage analytics provider, which then sees your IP address. The usage analytics provider keeps event-level data for at most 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer.

Turning statistics off. In the Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome versions there is no separate switch for statistics; sending stops when you remove the extension. In the Mozilla Firefox version you allow or deny statistics at installation or later in the add-on settings.

6. Who receives data

External service providers process data under their data processing terms. We use data only for the features described in this policy. DP Products staff look at data only at your request (e.g. support or a code change), to prevent abuse or when required by law. We do not sell data, do not pass it to data brokers and do not use it for advertising. In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business we transfer your data to the new owner only with your prior explicit consent. The use of data from the extension also complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Transfers outside Serbia

Our servers are in Serbia and hold all the data from section 4. Data sent to the external service providers from section 6 may leave Serbia, for example statistical events (section 5) and the e-mails you send (section 4.2), and, when the portal's API documentation page is opened, your IP address to unpkg.com (section 4.3). These providers process it in their data centres, some of which are in the USA.

8. Legal basis

The documents you process also contain data of other people: buyers, cashiers, employees, founders, responsible persons and tax advisors, suppliers, foreign travellers and business partners, as well as e-mail recipients. This data comes from the government portals (eFaktura, eFiskalizacija, ePorezi, PPP PDV), from your BizniSoft application or from what you enter. Your company is its controller, and DP Products processes it on your company's behalf, only for the feature you started. When you send other people's data by e-mail or store it on sef.biznisoft.com, your company needs a legal basis to do so. On request we delete other people's data you stored on our servers. The exceptions are usage statistics (section 5) and technical logs (section 4.4): DP Products keeps these for its own purposes described in those sections, as controller, based on legitimate interest.

Providing data is not a legal obligation, but some features do not work without it; for example, no e-mail can be sent without a recipient address.

9. Your rights and controls

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object, in particular to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent. You can view the prices (with item codes), notes and invoice details stored on our server yourself on the sef.biznisoft.com portal (log in with the tax ID and code). We provide other records on request. Send your request to office@dpp.rs; we reply within 30 days. For data on sef.biznisoft.com, state the company tax ID. We may ask for proof that you are authorised for that company.

Controls in the extension

10. Security

The extension communicates with our servers, and our servers with external service providers, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The connection to the BizniSoft application on your computer (127.0.0.1) does not leave the computer. The connection to a BizniSoft server in your network is not encrypted (section 2). The server does not store the linking code in readable form, and the number of wrong attempts is limited. Access credentials for the database and e-mail delivery are kept outside the publicly accessible part of the server, and only authorised DP Products staff have access to the server and the database.

11. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions with legal effect based solely on automated processing. The only automated decisions are technical: limiting the number of attempts and of e-mails. We use statistics only in aggregate, to monitor how features are used, not for marketing.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the extension's features or the way it processes data change. The date of the last update is shown at the top. We announce material changes in the release notes of the new extension version.
